Added frost knife loadout sprite created by Daph!

Balance:

• Increased damage of horror's thronebut big ball by 25%
• Increased collision size of horror's thronebut big ball
• Slightly reduced fire from explosions when using mood swing (especially on small explosions)
• Very slightly reverted dmg of micro grenade
• Added projectile destroy sound to sheep's charge when it destroys a projectile
• When using cursed technology. it will no longer uncurse on loop
• Bazooka rocket now gets destroyed on vans

Bugfix

• Fixed a bug where throne walked faster in 30fps
• Fixed a bug where wazer rifles did not correctly work with scanline ultra
• FIxed a bug where euphoria could destroy the throne beam
• Fixed a crash that occurred when freezing a prop using mood swing
• Fixed a bug where certain survival waves, proto mind battle and possibly ultra mod challenge and crown of freedom would not reset the area properly
