Added new IDPD Tank portal sounds created by PolygonOni!

Balance

• Increased contact damage of lightning cannon by 5 (now 45)
• Increased reload speed of splinter pistol from 9 to 8
• Increased damage of micro grenade
• Slightly reduced ammo cost of wazer and explosive wazer rifle
• Mini rocket gun explosion is no longer speed based it could cause the explosion to be way off when you had a lot of projectile speed
• Sheep now loses charge by explosions, this is halved when you have boiling veins (may also concider this a bugfix)
• Increased contact damage of ligthning cannon ball (from 6 to 7) this is pierce damage
• When stunning with new mood swing mutation and tentacles or lightning and you rapid stun something the stacking stun amount is now halved
• Reduced max stun duration using mood swing from 1 second to aprox 0.8 seconds
• Reduced Angel deflect duration by 1 frame on loop

Bugfix

• Fixed movement of big guardian bullets, they could travel forever and never explode. Or explode real quick and barely move.
• Fix bloom of max rage being offset
• Fixed a super annoying bug where the portal would always spawn in the top left corner of the level
• Fixed a bug where Fish Can Roll did not work if you equipped the C-skin
• Fixed a crash when using plant's sapling (killer) ultra
• Fixed a bug where inverted throne did not correctly walk up or down if you were above or far below it
• Fixed a few cases where extra feet did not prevent recoil, if you notice more please report them.
• Fixed a bug where hyperdash would barely move you when outside playarea in courtyard battle when glutton uses crown of freedom
• Fixed a bug where you could respawn inside a wall when dying on throne 2 fight
• Fixed a bug where modding a cursed weapon in the crownvault would spawn a crown guardian that would often open up a wall outside of the playarea
• Fixed a crash that could occur when you stunned yourself with moodswing (this should no longer be possible)
• Fixed a bug where wazer rifles did not correctly work with scanline ultra
• Fixed temporary in-game changelog

Known bugs:

• Crown of freedom and finishing an ultramod challenge closes the path back to the crown
