Atom

  • Proton
    • Increased maximum scale of pulse and increased damage by 1

Angel

  • Similar to humphry stacking active now halves its added duration
  • Increased active cost from 0.35 of ammo pickup to 0.4

Rebel

  • Passive now always rounds upwards (so if you had 7 health it would set you back to 8)
  • Adjusted ally AI so it keeps up a little better when nothing much is going on (This means they start firing at enemies quicker when passing a corner).
  • Improved ally pathfinding (they should now have an easier time sticking close to you.)
  • Allies will now stay in combat instead of following you out of it
  • Defense
    • Removed: More ally bullet damage
    • Added: Prevent death by sacrificing two allies
    • So whenever two allies are alive you cannot die but instead the nearest two allies will die.

Casual Mode

  • Slightly reduced additional time on pickups in casual mode
  • Increased amount of enemies in casual mode
  • Reduced how much health enemies get reduced in casual mode from 20% to 10%
  • Reduced how much additional ammo you get in casual mode
  • Reduced how much additional radiation enemies drop in casual mode

Crown of Luck

  • Enemies that had their health reduced can no longer be healed by gold totems

Balance

  • Ultra Bazooka increased contact damage by 5 also increased rocket velocity
  • Significantly reduced minimum respawn immunity
  • Lowered rads from opening chest using crown of hatred by 1 (still more than retail)
  • Removed droprate increase when playing favourable build
  • Halved healing you get from drops when using crown of misfortune and crown of life
  • Halved ammo you get from drops when using crown of misfortune and crown of guns
  • (Super) Blood cannon now pierces through low health enemies
  • Changed patience station to be more different from reroll station
  • Inversion portals and crownvault portals can no longer open when there is still a boss that wants to spawn
  • Increased aggressiveness of palace guardians (regular)
  • Palace pre-loop now has more explo guardians compared to ghost, cube and dog
  • Lowered Sandworm health significantly
  • Lowered time on droprate reduction when hit once more
  • Very slightly increased health of ballmom
  • Reduced amount of cluster grenades when using super cluster grenade
  • Slightly reduced scale of lasers when using ultra bullet to laser ultramod
  • Increased damage ultra morph o ray
  • Increased reload time box slugger
  • Increased delay between lasers when using rewirer
  • Euphoria projectile block now dissipates a tiny bit quicker
  • Significantly lowered how much ammo you get at the end of each area when using crown of drowning
  • Slightly reduced curviness of teapot bullets
  • Made labs slightly bigger
  • Chesire cat now constantly moves towards you slowly (mostly to give it more resistance to getting knocked out of the playarea)
  • Increased reload time hyper slugger
  • Very slightly reduced how quickly weapon mods can trigger and queue
  • Change description hunter b skin unlock
  • Significantly reduced aggressiveness of inverted vultures so they are more in line with other inverted versions of enemies
  • Decreased how much crown of haste decreases pickup up time by 5%. so now they stay up a tiny bit longer
  • Increased cost missile launcher by 0.5

Bugfixes

  • Fixed a bug where ultra bazooka did not correctly pierce some enemies
  • Fixed a bug where idpd stopping and reducing their health counted as damage that would have been boosted by various abilities
  • Fixed a bug where crown of protection max armour was lost when respawning
  • Fixed a bug where angel when stacking multiple actives would stack up so much leeway that the immunity would last much longer than the active, the leeway is still there but it is the intended single frame
  • Fixed several crown of freedom bugs
  • Fixed a bug where splinter mine launcher and fire chain tripwire were swapping to energy instead of bolt ammo

30.09.01

  • Steroid's thronebutt now works through additional fire triggers such as crown of echo
  • Slightly increased range on steroid's punchswap

Bugfixes

  • Fixed a bug where courtyard would create crown of freedom walls,  having a high chance to cause softlocks
  • Fixed a bug where triggereing steroids thronebut through primary would still give ammo based on secondary

30.09.02

  • Fixed a bug where in courtyard enemies could walk very far away from the playarea, causing potential softlock.
