New Gamemodes:

  • Double active
  • Marksman

Throne 1

  • Destroying a part of the throne no longer deals damage to the main body.
  • Middle part (main body) can no longer be hit separately, instead I’ve extended the side hitboxes.
  • Gave throne some new attacks on loop and hard mode
  • Inverted version optimized hallway so it can go on near infinitely without lagging

Throne 2

  • Has a new attack on loop and in hard mode

Crystal:

  • Vengeful ultra now has a significantly shorter shield duration

Chicken

  • Now has a focus resource meter, Using slowmotion will drain this. after a very short delay it will rapidly return.
  • (Slowmotion was one of the best actives in the game especially upgraded. Instead of just nerfing this ability I will also make it a little more skilfull to use. You'll now have to manage this resource and cant use slowmotion forever leaving you vulnerable at some points in the game)

Yung Cuz

  • Reduced extra ammo you get based on buddies by 10%, thronebutt is still doubled but thats a 20% reduction there.
  • A big weakness of Yung Cuz should be its ammo consumption and relatively his health. In its current state the only real weakness that is there is the health so the ultras that help with that are often a much better choice, This should balance things out a little.
  • Reduced Lag ultra from 3 hit negations to 2

Melting

  • B-skin unlock now also denies use of crown of protection, last wish and tough shell
  • Decreased damage of blood bullets spawned on using active by 1

One hit wonder

  • Now excludes last wish from the mutation pool

Thiefs

  • Can now steal pickups that are laying around nearby

Added toxic weapons chest to inverted oasis 1B-2 (The weapon mod in this area will now always be toxic)

Bouncy Fat

  • Bouncy fat now takes even more ammo from all ammo types for each ammo type that is already in negative 3%.
  • Bouncy fat now takes 5% less ammo from any ammo type that is already in negative
  • So for example if you have 2 ammo types in negative, it will add on 6% across all ammo types. But it will take 5% less from the 2 types that are already in negative

Hard mode:

  • Added new enemies:
    • Ultra Protector
      • Casts a shield on other enemies that makes them invulnerable to damage. it also blocks your projectiles.
      • Spawns after scrapyard (or for B and C path after savanna/oasis)
    • Ultra Laser Crystals
      • Fires a wave laser when you're in line of sight. When not will fire a wall piercing laser from the top of the screen, (this attack has infinite range)
      • Unlike other crystals will actually move towards you when nearby, and moves much faster
      • Spawns in labs + (can replace existing crystals)
    • Ultra disc guys
      • Spams a shitton of discs at long range
  • Increased level cap in hard mode by 1
  • Pickups and rads now fade even faster
  • Enabled Loop AI on some bosses

Balance & Minor changes

  • Scarier face another +20% of excess damage! now at 80%
  • Elementor can now block throne beam while it already exists using walls
  • Phoenix now costs 3 ammo instead of 2.5 and increased tier by 1
  • Lowered damage of chains
  • Again increased subarea difference when in seeded mode
  • Increased reload speed slug cannon, super flak cannon a little and super eraser and super eraser a lot
  • Increased tier of super needle from 10 to 12
  • Increased panda cleansing ultra melee swingrate by 5% (of base reload speed)
  • Lowered projectile speed of bullet disperse gun and bullet disperse machinegun so that it is better at spamming the place
  • Ultra Snipers now have their spread on squares reduced by 2 pixels
  • Significantly increased open time on big vulture and big fish skull in hard mode
  • Slightly increased projectile speed on throne 2
  • Throne 2 gains even more health on loop
  • A projectile that you dodged using extra can not be dodged again
  • Increased delay between extra feet dodge detections and significantly reduced dropchance, lowered rad amount by 1 and removed weapon dropchance on extra feet dodges on yung cuz's duplicates
  • (Elite) Inspectors now push away projectiles near themselves
  • IDPD are now immune to their own grenades (unless delfected) and no longer walk away from them.
  • IDPD Freaks are now immune to the IDPD van explosion they come out of
  • Changed some colours for the idpd freak grenades and explosions to indicate that they do damage the other idpd as they are not on the same team.
  • Big vulture no longer pushed off of props, this could redirect the charge attack
  • Reduced amount of ultra lightning on respawning and leveling up
  • Reduced recharge rate of weapon mods by 25%
  • Crown of life no longer overheals instead spawns more health chests (like retail) keeps its full heal effect (when using living armour this effects spawns more armour chests)
  • friendly idpd grenades and van explosions should no longer damage the player
  • Increased velocity on idpd elite grunt rocket
  • Added an optimization system to disable bloom automatically.
  • Ballmom should no longer immediately walk towards you upon entering an area
  • Difficulty/tier now increases faster in hard mode
  • Added /Tier to options menu difficulty text
  • Increased tier bouncer charge laser and decreased max power a little
  • Improved bouncer laser collision once again
  • Slightly lowered max charge rate charge flak cannon
  • Decreased flame burst amount for phoenix and very slightly increased reload time (1 frame)
  • Yung Cuz's duplicates corpses now get massive speed when you have impact wrists
  • Removed aim smoothing on controllers, in previous update actually made this stronger instead of reducing it.
  • Reduced controller deadzones
  • Increased damage and fire rate of infuser
  • Big Palace bullets now have a minimum speed and throne 2 fires them at higher projectile velocity
  • Mystery gift ammo chests can no longer spawn during throne 2
  • Ultra bazooka can now pierce enemies, slightly reduced impact damage to compensate
  • Increased max speed of idpd vans on loop. increases up to loop 5
  • Touching the graveyard skull now destroys existing portals
  • Very slightly increased projectile speed of the slowest projectiles on card guys in wonderland (this was one of the few projectiles that became harder to dodge when using euphoria)
  • Reduced rads on ultra bandits and ultra snipers (hard mode)
  • Ultra snipers can no longer spawn in inverted desert savanna and oasis (and inverted versions)
  • In hard mode it is now guarenteed that an ultra sniper (or new ultra laser crystal) get replaced if no one exists yet
  • Deflected bullets and pellets can no longer damage you through normal iframes
  • Decreased odds of hyenas being replaced with golden hyenas
  • Lowered projectile speed by disperse bullets fired by disperse disperse bullet yes (its a disperse disperse bullet gun buff)
  • Hard mode can no longer be combined with survival arena
  • Enemy discs now deal proper 6 damage to you on hard mode lets go!
  • Regular Salamanders are now much more aggressive
  • Salamanders can now try to fire at you when you are not in LOS but are in range
  • Weapon selection for any starting weapon or one wep only gamemodes are now saved
  • Reduced how much ammo you get when rolling a weapon in gun game and you no longer get ammo when its below 0
  • Increased rads required to level up in slow leveling infinite levels mode its now double of normal
  • Adjusted the indicator for square bullets on idpd van spawn as to not confuse with the normal van spawn
  • Rogue's portal strike ammo chests now work with crown of hatred and also reloading with open mind
  • Increased explosion mask for hitting player once again still smaller than retail
  • Some alt paths entrances now create some more space around them with the tiles of the area they are in
  • Removed mega shield contact damage when using gamma guts and crystal's shield as doctor (which was impossible)
  • Slightly reduced tell time on segway popo
  • Respawning with lives now gives you less ammo
  • Increased chance throne walks down a little bit
  • Renamed frost flak cannon to frost bullet flak cannon
  • Gamma guts now works on golden totems
  • Plant's thronebutt now works on golden totems
  • Big bandit now has loop AI on hard mode pre-loop
  • Improved exiting logic for idpd from vans so they go towards the back of the van
  • Made tweaks to replace rate of bandits to ultra bandits generally lowered
  • Lowered reload time director dragger
  • Dragon now pops up his shield a loop earlier in hard mode
  • Change area generation in wonderland to be less of a big square
  • Shotgun part of shotgun rifle is now burst
  • Added a short delay before active can be used upon unpausing
  • Vans have significantly less health pre-loop
  • Slightly reduced health of golden totems pre-loop and increased post-loop
  • Idpd vans now reduce their health whenever they come to a halt. This is only done up to a certain amount of health so it will not destroy itself
  • Once again reduced respawn lighting and duration by a little bit
  • Increased damage of split seeker once again
  • Slightly reduced aggressiveness of inverted cheshire cat
  • You now start every game with a little bit of ammo for every type. There are quite a few weapons that cycle between types now this way you should have some ammo early on. Reduced ammo for main weapon type
  • Using yung cuz on S.A.S. will now reset your max health back when entering a portal
  • Humphry skill is now available when using S.A.S. (These characters basically have no active without their passive so adding them in here)
  • Inverted throne big ball projectiles now gain extra downwards velocity
  • Inverted throne now accelerates as you progress and will eventually run you over hopefully before the game lags from the amount of walls broken
  • Very slightly reduced curviness of inverted throne bullets
  • Inverted explo guardian bullets no longer increase their speed infinitely
  • Increased damage spike staff +2
  • Increased distance for additional enemy spawns
  • Lowered additional droprate on totembuffed enemies

Bugfixes

  • Fixed a bug where the piercing damage protection did not work correctly on the throne. Each part taking damage at the same time would triple the damage it received. Now only one part will be able to receive damage at a time.
  • Fixed a bug where elite weapon chests were behind floor tiles
  • Fixed a bug where protochest weapons could be moved away from the protochest
  • Fixed a bug where laser cannon and orbiter did not work with weapon mods
  • Fixed a bug where inspectors pulled twice as hard in 60fps
  • Fixed a crash that could occur when fighting inverted big assassin
  • Fixed a bug where the crown of time completely removed your character's abilities and never gave it back.
  • Fixed a bug where closing pause menu using RMB would immediately use your active (still uses auto actives)
  • Fixed a bug where some of the optimization systems stopped working later on (corpses)
  • Fixed a potential softlock
  • Potentially fixed a bug where horror b skin did not unlock
  • Fixed a crash related to dying while an item drops
  • Fixed a bug where the bloom on the dragon’s shield and courtyard tank’s shield was way offset
  • Fixed a bug where a couple of circle outlines were thinner in higher resolution scales
  • Fixed a few deflected projectiles on the killed by indicator (there are probably a few more please let me know)
  • Removed a loading tip mentioning level cap increase on loop 2 which does not happen anymore (for future reasons)
  • Fixed a routing issue when entering crown vault in wonderland 2 and entering either pink sheep or big mushroom (banditland)
  • Fixed a bug where visiting the leaderboards via the daily score button would reset your gamemode
  • Fixed a bug where Humphry got ammo for all types
  • Fixed a bug where picking crown of life at full health still overhealed by 1
  • Fixed a bug where wallbots could be moved by conveyor belts
  • Fixed a bug where cursed weapon chests were using the wrong sprites
  • Fixed a bug where gamma guts on crystal's shield dealt double damage in 60fps (Increased damage to compensate)
