New Weapons

• Splinter machinegun (very early game splinter weapon)
• Boom Stick (Late game bolt/explosive weapon, fires a giant cannon ball with a face on it that explodes (and homes with bolt marrow))

Balance

• Tweaked alien intestines reduced maximum power level and increased lowest power level. Charges even quicker at start and even slower lateron.
• Increased range on steroids punchswap secret ultra a little bit
• Changed Steroids Mirror hands to no longer be percentage based reload but instead a flat reload amount. 
• Hypersomnia now delays trap activation at the start of an area 
• Slightly increased default accuracy of micro smg
•  Morph-o-laser is now fully auto and fires a little faster

Bugfixes

• Fixed a crash related to crown of time
• Fixed a bug where certain weapon drops that occured while you were dead were to random.
•  Fixed weapon drop from big fish and big vulture not being seeded
• Fixed a bug where weapon mods would keep spawning after you visited an inverted area once
• Fixed a bug where Frog potency could heal based on LOS to a IDPD Van
