Bouncy Fat:

Now loses 70% of ammo,
But

- 20% lost for ammo types you are holding.

This makes bouncy fat worse on melee builds and better on ammo builds especially two different types of ammo.

Increased Brain Capacity health threshhold to 7 health isntead of 6, Now that scarier face no longer has its effect the power level of this ultra can be increased a little further. Especially since glass arm cannon also has synergies with a lot of the other ultras for melting. You will now be able to insta blow up rats.

Increased reload time of needle by 1 frame

Increased reload time of super needle by 3 frames

Reduce needle hitbox size by 1 pixel so it more clesely matches the actual visible sprite and is in line with other melee

Lowered lucky shot chance by 1%

Removed additional iframes from enriched metabolism
