Removed recent hallway generation change

Living armour now converts 50% of your health into armour (The biggest power level of this ultra is still the fact that health drops restore armour so reducing the total armour you get significantly should make this a little more reasonable)

Increased how much rad is required to level up by 5% in infnite levels gamemode

Reduced max rage droprate increase by 5%

Rage now gets reduced when your armour takes damage (Not when you consume it for armour strike)
