I think that was intentional seeing that when you pull out a melee weapon on them they get aggressive.

Why are there white portals spawning for no known reason?

Those portals are shortcuts that take you to an area like the area that you are in, but the color pallet is inverted. Also, there are more, more dangerous enemies in those areas. But they drop more rads. Also, they seem to have less health. Hope that helps.

That would be HELL. Unless you mean 1-1, then that would be BORING.

okay, then that would be really stinking hard. Maybe it could be made so it takes twice as long to level up. like make the amount of rads needed to level up be 120 on level 1

Hello there! Because of this mod, I never play Vanilla anymore (Your mod is like 120% great), and I find it really cool! I had a couple of characters idea and some guns.

New Characters:

Zombie (B-Skin is zombified clown or whatever you wish)

Passive: Every killed ennemy has a chance to become a friendly zombie that fights for you. They die over time.

Active: Necroactivity

-Can only be used once by level. Transforms every corpses in an AOE into zombies. Like normal zombies, they die over time.

Throne Butt: Doubles the AOE range and the chance for a killed ennemy to become a zombie.

Ultra A: Dead Strikes Back

-Zombies have more health, are faster, do more damage and don't die over time.

Ultra B: Pandemic

-Zombies can create other zombies. Doubles the chances that a killed foe becomes an zombie.

Ultra C: Necromancer

-The AOE covers the whole screen, but can only bring back a maximum of 20 corpses.

Ultra D: Hive mind

-Zombies are going to surround the player, protecting him from being shot.

-Zombies become Guarding Zombies.


New Mutations:

Molecular Stabilisation

-(Minor) All Stats Up


New Guns:

Grenade Minigun

Superhot SMG

RC Crossbow:

-Bolt weapon that follows mouse pointer.

-Releasing the fire button makes it go to where its pointed.


If you do not implant any of these, it is totally fine! You probably do have alot of ideas yourself. Minus that, you rock!

i have a idea for a weapon, a hammer but more faster, with a little more range and also makes a black hole when you hit an enemy. i think Galaxy Hammer will be a nice name :)

What about an Apocalypse survivor dog character?

Hey, I just had some interresting thoughts about game mods, and i would like to see them implemented as they are very interesting to my judgement.

What about a Shotguns only mode, or a level 10 start?

Only shotguns would be interesting for Yung Venuz' Make it Rain (c mutation) and level 10 start would be fun for trying every character's ultras.

Here's another character suggestion:

Engineer

Appearance: Engineer is a male human with a robot arm. He wears two pairs of goggles. (One worn on his forehead, one on his eyes) He also wears a bandanna.

Weapon: Engineer Wrench- the engineer wrench is a wrench that, when swung, can extend if you click again. It also does the damage of one and a half wrenches.

Passive: Gets followed by a snow tank with a green eye. The tank will take out enemies for free. The engineer has 8 health, but takes 150% projectile damage. (Always round down, like Rebel's portal healing) If a tank dies, your max health goes down by 2. A new tank spawns in the next level. The tank's projectile type is random but is always low tier. The tank tears through any terrain -like hammerhead- and always stays close behind you. You don't die or get damaged if you get caught in the death explosion, but enemies will. You also gain 1 max health after every level.

Active: Hop in the tank. It takes five seconds to get in the tank and can only be used one per area. While in the tank, you have 20 health and infinite ammo. You have a whole minute to use the tank. Your projectile type is that of that tank. If the tank dies with you in it, the tank explodes and Engineer dies. If you survive, you don't get the AI tank until the next area. (Unless it's a one level area)

Throne Butt: Tank respawns in the next area, no matter the level count. It also has higher tier projectiles.

Ultra A- Abiotic Friends: A new Tank spawns every level, but you still only get one active per area. (Even 1 level areas now)

Ultra B- Driver's License: Hop in the tank every level, but the tank only has 10 health. You don't die when it dies though; your max health is only subtracted by 4.

Ultra C- Powerful Turret: High tier projectiles with 150% the fire rate. It also can now shoot out two projectiles at once like Steroids.

Ultra D- Golden Tank- Shoot a missile every 5 seconds and blow up larger, neither of which damage the player. Also, Golden Tank has double HP. But now it takes 10 seconds to get in the tank.

Well, I accidentally deleted my 10.1 exe file, and Norton is being a prick in my side again. I am no longer able to play this mod unless I get the 10.1 exe file. Anyone know where to find it?

Can you update the Hunter mark texture? I think it does not really fit the nuclear throne theme.

Here's a character concept:

Boys

Appearance: Boys is a two headed hominid who wears overalls. Boy 1 is the left head and Boy 2 is the right head. They have elongated heads and necks and Boy 2 has plutonium barf left on his mouth.

Passive: Boy 1 has 6 health, while Boy 2 has 4. Boys has 3 weapon slots; Boy 1 has 2, Boy 2 has 1. You begin playing as Boy 1 with the pistol, when Boy 1 dies you play as Boy 2. While playing as Boy 2, you have no weapons to start. You do not permanently lose the weapons Boy 1 was using, but you cannot use them as Boy 2. You also cannot use Boy 2's weapon while playing as Boy 1. You get to play as Boy 1 again in the next level at 1 health. When Boy 2 dies, you're dead. In the next level, Boy 2 loses his weapon permanently.

Active: Boy 2 uses rads to barf out ammo and health. Boy 2 can barf while playing as either of the Boys. When you play as Boy 2 however, he has the chance to barf out low to medium tier weapons.

Throne Butt: Both characters can freely select one of the three weapons they have collected , and Boy 2's weapon doesn't disappear after a level.

Stomach Ache- Ultra A: No rad consumption for barfing, but there is a cool down for it.

Professional Puker- Ultra B: Boy 2 barfs high tier weapons, more ammo, and more health for the same rad amount.

Full Stomach- Ultra C: Boy 2 throws up two weapons along with regular drops every time you barf for 150% the rads.

Projectile Vomit- Ultra D: Boy 2 throws up projectiles along with regular drops for 200% the rads. This means you could possibly barf out an SPC shot, or you could just fire a revolver shot.

I'm not sure if this character would be overpowered or underpowered, but feel free to tweek Boys and their stats to your liking. You are the developer, after all!

I Really Really Liked Lighting Crossbow Is So Cool Like :D

I'm not sure what Laser Crystal Gun or Lil Gunter would do (I'm assuming its a reference to Lil Hunter, so probably just a bullet eraser, ye?) but I really like a lot of these. Especially Heavy Shotgun. With a heavy slug added to the game, you could have Heavy Popguns, too.

I noticed something : Yung Cuz in the 1hp equality gamemode doesn't have 1 hp : he has the normal 8hp, probably due to his habilities, and while you start with 1 hp, you can fill the health bar!
Meaning that you can take a normal number of shots, but all the ennemies will die in one hit ! This is so op lol : I went to loop 6, and killed 8469 ennemies, with a 134 difficulty. I could have gone much further, but I was getting very bored, so I started using shitty weapons and took crown of blood.

That was a fun experience, but it should still be fixed ! Keep up the amazing work !

I like the new game mod (the rocket golove one) but you cant go past crystal caves because you get killed by the crystals as well as getting exploded by snipers in scrapyard. give a character something like a no contact or explosion dmg while in the rocket motion. (i havent noticed that if it already exists.)

Also i had a game crash while playing crystal ultra d. i think that happened because i was reflecting too many bullets. area 3-3. just as the big dog started to explode. i havent got the error code sorry (clicked wrong button.)

Is it possible for you to add the horror character from the retail game or do you want to leave him out?

This is the rest of my suggestions.

Weapons:

Toxic Explosive Bubble Gun.

Gust Cannon (pushes enemies back and damage them if they hit a wall).

Mega Portal Generator

Enemies:

Clones of our mutant character cast as a enemy for the loops, lets see it as this. The IDPD created clones of the characters and gave them special IDPD helmets so they can destroy the mutants cause they are awful at it. Found in loops and spawn with IDPD.

Loop Bosses from retail since loops feel lonely without mummy.

Character:

This is a challenge character that steals enemies bodies and do more damage as playing as them. Was originally going to be called Mimic but there is already a enemy called that.

Ghost (4HP):

Passive: Start with I frames unless you possess a enemy, after death it takes 5 seconds to die,

Active: Possess enemies bodies. HP changes each enemy depending on their size, and can only be used 6 times.

If you possess a Bandits body then you have 4HP (More if you have Rhino skin) and you have their ability.

If you possess a Scorpions body then you have 6HP, same as golden.

And other enemies except for Bosses(obviously), maggots and nests, explo freaks, and mimics.

TB: More Possession Damage

Ultra A: Possess 9 enemies,

Ultra B: Change your character

Ultra C: Chance to haunt every enemy on the level and make them fear you (less likely to fire at you, and chase you.)

Ultra D: Enhanced enemy possession abilities (more fire rate and a slight increase in damage).


Make Eagle Eye give more camera range (Got Eagle Eye and Euphoria mixed up before somehow).

Buff Weaponsmith, and give Hunter more camera range since he is a sniper.

And I have a character idea in which the player can hookshot to walls and shoot swarms when hurt.

SUGGESTION!

Weapons:

  • Lightning weapons, can you bring back the lightning weapons because I can only find the Lightning Pistol. As for a new lightning weapon I would say a high damaging lightning bolt from above or a directional lightning weapon that allows you to direct your lightning streams.
  • A charging energy weapon (MEGA BUSTER ;)).
  • Every mini weapon goes to 1_1 and stay at 1_1.
  • Boomerang blade gun
  • Modifications such as charge shot (bigger bullet,bolt,shell,energy the longer its held making reload time larger), lightning, blue fire, ricochet, bounce, director, morph.
  • More toxic weapons.
  • Mine from Super Crate Box (can be tossed)

Mutations:

  • Scorching Veins - Keep 50% of your hp when damaged by toxic and blue fire (Make players have to choose between Boiling Veins)
  • Swing Control - Projectiles hit with melee weapons home back towards who shot it.
  • Hell's Torch - Fire last longer and do more damage. nevermind saw atoms ultra
  • Iron Blood - Stronger blood damage.
  • Insomnia - For the first 5 seconds of each level enemies go to sleep.
  • *Euphoria* - add ability to have more camera range

Character(s):

  • Alien - Has a small hitbox, active with a long cool down that lets him send a circle like wave that pushes back enemies. Throne butt makes it so if the enemies hit a wall when pushed take damage. Ultra A: Active reflects projectiles. Ultra B: Inverts the wave so it pulls enemies in (same as kraken basically but extremely powerful) Ultra C: Energy weapons bounce off walls Ultra D: Removes active with a small stationary wave shield that keeps enemies from touching you, but projectiles can still hit you.

I made a sprite sheet for this character a while ago, I don't know if its good enough though. Bigger than actual size

I am aware that some of these suggestions may not be good and I have a lot more suggestions but i'm too lazy to add more since this took 5 hours, also it would take a lot of space.

start whit dragon clows

Passive:not efect fire and fire blue in he

Active:spits fire from his mouth

throne butt: aura of fire on his body (same gamma gust whit fire in the body).

ultra A: More Streght x3: more damage of weapon and meleeweapons and active

ultra B: Mega Flame: Make Gigant Flame by mouth

Ultra C: Iron Body Or Dragon Force : More Defence More Hp ( hp 8/8 + ultra c + rhino skin = 18/18 of Hp ).

Ultra D:Mega Dragon Claws : your weapon they transform in Mega Dragon Claws you make more damage and this weapon is fire and it's stronger¡¡

So, I am unable to play this because Norton keeps deleting 11.1 exe file. is it possible to play it with the previous update exe file?

EDIT: Nevermind, I got it working with the 10.1 exe file.

The fire area is the hardest area in the game by far, the blue ball guys have too much hp making me waste most of my weapon ammo on them, when I got to the dragon I couldn't beat the boss at all because I had no ammo and the dragon was too tanky

Edit: that or you reduce the spawn rate for them because I feel as though too many of them spawn

Edit2: Also the fire projectiles can multi-hit you out of strong spirit without euphoria and I feel like the dragon fires a bit too many projectiles at times

I'm changing some things in this area in the next update

Melting on 1hp Equality + Ultra A = untouchable god

I found a bug with the extra loop level feature. I had taken Crown of Destiny and gotten a ninth mutation already, so when I double looped and hit 11, it didn't give me the extra mutation.

Also, mutation idea: Winning Smile, small chance for critical hits. Surprised NT never had a 'crit' mechanic to begin with.

Also, while I'm thinking of mutation ideas, Chiseled Chin, chance that destroying walls (or maybe props) will drop hp and ammo.

Well, I don't know what just happened, not sure if it's a bug or not but hey. Killed the Cheshire cat, went into the Oasis, beat the oasis, then I was in inverted Frozen City, which was labelled as 107_1 (why am I the one that goes to 107_1 dammit) Didn't manage to get a screenshot, as my ogre fingers hit the wrong key.

Figured I would point this out. Not sure if the laser cannon was added in by you or if it was in the normal game at this point, but in the current build the laser cannon is automatic, while in the mod it doesn't appear to be.

Yea the automatic one is way better, you should make it autofiring if you can.
